恭喜我公司在天津大學(xué)天津大學(xué)低溫半導(dǎo)體探針臺系統(tǒng)項目（TD2011-J-32）中標(biāo)。

真空泵組在抽真空2個小時之后,真空度：壓強< 5x 10E-4 Torr (系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過長途運輸，需要連續(xù)抽真空48小時用來消除設(shè)備放氣。 當(dāng)設(shè)備沒有放氣時，用隨探針臺提供的真空泵組在抽真空2個小時之后,真空度：壓強< 5x 10E-4 Torr。 系統(tǒng)必須在正確的條件下正確的使用，真空泵系統(tǒng)必須規(guī)律的使用。如果系統(tǒng)暴露大氣超過1個小時，需要連續(xù)抽真空24小時。在暴露大氣時，需要提供氮氣保護。如果用戶使用自己的真空泵組，則真空泵組的指標(biāo)必須等效或高于廠家提供的真空泵組的指標(biāo)） |
